Christmas Bakery
When the magic of the first frost flowers outside lovingly adorn our windows, inside the air filled from the wonderful scent of Christmas bakery, vanilla crescent cookies, gingerbread. Together we will bake equally decorative and delicious season cookies, such as vanilla crescent cookies, Linzer Eye cookies, Elisen gingerbread, Ischler donuts, Railroader biscuits and poppy seed cookies. We will reveal our best family recipes for the best doughs with anise, cinnamon, vanilla and amygdala – and show you how oranges make gingerbread soft and tasty. Look forward to a joyful and cozy pre-Christmas baking-afternoon followed by a tasting of our delicious cookies with Punch and mulled wine – and at home spoil your loved ones with a filled box of them that you will have brought with you. All ingredients and material will be provided, and all participants will receive a sheet with recipes, instructions and source of supply.
