We take on the challenge of perfectly temperated chocolate!
You will learn the correct handling of milk chocolate and dark couverture and how to properly temperate and apron it.
We take on the challenge of perfectly temperated chocolate ! You will learn the correct handling of milk chocolate and dark couverture and how to properly temperate and apron it. We will show you the production of a variety of praline-fillings as well as different techniques of finishing. You will fill hollow bodies with your freshly prepared fillings and ganache, close them and beautifully decorate them. And, at last we will make heavenly chocolate truffles and sinfully delicious rose-pralines. Of course, the chocolate gems can be taken home!
All ingredients and tools are provided, every participant will receive a sheet with recipes, instructions and source of supply.
