Apple Cupcakes 20 pcs

100g butter
300g sugar
3 eggs (medium)
275 ml milk
280g wheat
1 apple big, chopped to small pieces
1 package (17 gr) backing powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • Stir butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl until foamy
  • Sift in a separate bowl the wheat, mix it with the backing powder and the apple
  • Add, alternately, the eggs and the apple-wheat mix to the butter mixture and stir
  • Fill muffin tray with paper cuffs and fill with the dough (works well with ice scooper)
  • Put the tray in the oven and bake at 170° C for 15-20 minutes
  • You can use this recipe also with blueberries or lemon curds and then decorate them with frosting – or simply without any filling and cover them with powder sugar.
